DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, THEY DAMAGED MULTIPLE THINGS IN MY APARTMENT. I got a flier from here for 75 dollars off so I thought I'd try it. Not only was the cleaning sloppy (I am normally a clean person so there is not much to clean in my apartment), but they damaged 3 different things in my apartment. The microwave handle fell off so I needed to glue it, they somehow misaligned my shower doors/scraped the bottom despite not even bothering to clean them, and the glass knob to one of my cabinets was broken/came off. How they managed to do this but leave basic thing like my sink and the side of my refrigerator unwashed is beyond me. I was already not super satisfied with the cleaning but to just walk around my apartment and keep finding new things broken is astounding. What a total disappointment, please train your staff better.

They come and do the job but their default is to throw away. They tossed protein powder, smoked salt, things, ladles and other kitchen supplies and cracked multiple glasses and measuring cups and didn’t alert of any of these. I’m still tracking the loss but it’s at least equivalent to what was paid for the service overall.

I used them for like a year and the cleanings were fine and the online portal was easy to use which I liked. They were late for the past several cleans, which made me late for my appointments. They give an hour window for their arrival - what is the point of an arrival window if you’re going to be late anyway? Both times I was not notified until after the window had passed. This last time, the cleaner left yellow stains on my floor that I cannot get off. Ruined my floors and I asked for a refund. They are denying it was them and that the stains were not there when their cleaner was done. I was home when the cleaner left and saw the stains. I’m very annoyed by the lack of accountability from this group considering they ruined my floors and I feel like they should be offering to fix it, instead they are denying the refund for the service that caused it. Do not use go somewhere else.
