This is a review on the Communication only. I did not have the opportunity to receive services. My initial contact was great and a consultation appointment was set. The day of the consult they sent a text 4 hours prior that they needed to change the appointment. The text did not come through at my end until after I showed up (not their fault-was a tech glitch). No problem, things happen. They offered a replacement appointment the following week. I had questions about appointment times and messaged back several times. Zero reply. I'd give one star on the customer service experience, but gave 2 in case there was a emergency interrupting their business. Whatever the case, let the client know. Wasted a week messing around with them.
Upon arrival , I was promptly taken to a room to fill out necessary paperwork and given the opportunity to read about the procedures I was having done. Very soon after, Sari came in the room and discussed with me what my expectations were. She took her time to look at the pics I had and listened to what I had to say. She was very informative and helpful in my decision-making. Today is day 6 after getting my eyebrows and eyeliner done and things are going as expected. I am VERY pleased with the outcome! I just recommend doing your research. You cannot have enough info., especially regarding aftercare. Best!
If you've been looking for great quality AND affordable permanent cosmetics, then you've found it! My eyebrows came out amazing and won't have to draw them on like the past 15+ years! She looked at my pictures for examples of how I drew my brows (thickness, shape, and style) and also my natural eyebrow shape. You leave with after care instructions and little goodie bag of supplies. Follow 👏 the 👏 instructions 👏 and you'll get the results you're expecting 💅
I am very upset and disappointed in not only the results of my eyebrows but also the lack of response from the company now that I have expressed my dissatisfaction. I had my brows micro shaded on April 18th. I had never had them done before and I was attracted to this company due to the positive reviews and photos of the clients results. Initially I was comfortable in my decision after arrival but that started to waiver as the application process started. The young lady applied the numbing cream and asked me if what shape I wanted I showed her a reference photo as to how I normally draw my eyebrows. I was expecting her to use string and other tools to measure and design the brows but she seemed like she couldn’t find her tools. I also assumed she would show me the colors which she didn’t but I did tell her I wanted a dark to medium brown. In lieu of using tools she hand drew the outline of the brows I did ask her to make several adjustments to the shape and prior to her starting I thought we had things matching in distance and uniformity however once completed, the brows were not matching in the center. I let her know and she made a quick couple of strokes to adjust this. I was very concerned when I got home because it seemed the shapes were off but I figured I would give it a couple days I have multiple tattoos so I am aware the first week or so is not the best representation of a final result. After following care instructions the final result is not good. The brows are completely different shapes and placements. One brow is higher and arched and thinner the other brow is thicker and flat across the top. One is square near the bridge the other is rounded and the ends taper differently one is longer then the other and they are not equally distanced from the bridge of my nose. One has deep outlines with a pit in the center where the color was packed in and then fell out. I have reached out via text and provided photos of the results to them with no response. It is expected some color may fall out but the shapes being so off is not a care issue but an application issue. If this wasn’t semi permanent and on my face I would probably just suck it up but it is noticeably a bad job. I did not ask for a refund but simply to have someone fix them to at least try and get them to match as best as possible. No response is very unacceptable to say the least.
My girl was Sari and she seriously saved my eyebrows!! I had previous work done from almost 10 years ago that was fading terribly and become so uneven. After only 1 session with Sari, they looked perfect and I had no pain! After the touch up session, they look even better. I highly recommend this place and Sari!
