I have been a Best Buy customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars on electronics and appliances there. Two days ago they lost me as a customer completely. I placed an order online for “curbside pickup” for a new 60 inch tv. When I went to pick it up the app informed me “curbside pickup “ was unavailable. I proceeded to park in the Best Buy parking lot and went in to get my tv. When we asked for help bringing it to the car we were told no they would no help bring it to the parking lot only the front of the store. When I pointed out that I was informed curbside was unavailable and that didn’t make sense to have to leave, get my car, go to the front of the store find parking and come BACK inside they basically said “too bad” and refused to help bring my 60 inch tv to THEIR PARKING lot! When I said I was ready to just return it and get my money back they said “yes we can do that” so again lose the sale and the customer instead of help bring a large tv to my car. DO NOT shop here
This review is for Thomas! We are in the market for a new washer and dryer. We started our search with Home Depot. We got some questions answered but when we came home to Best Buy to compare, our questions were answered plus some more information around product knowledge. Definitely a difference in customer service. Thomas was great!
I decided to splurge on a big TV purchase with surround sound and I could not have had better help. Will spent a lot of time working to set me up with everything I’d need, explaining why, and even helped bundle things to save me money. I was very pleased with the interaction. The next day I saw the TV on sale for a significantly cheaper price and went on to see if I could get a price match which Bien, another manager at the store, helped me do. He was so helpful and I am still surprised that both my interactions here were as good as they could be. I will be shopping here for everything I want that they sell going forward.
Fantastic Service & Zero Hassle! I recently visited this Best Buy location and had a genuinely fantastic experience. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable, making it easy to find exactly what I needed without any pressure. What truly impressed me was the checkout process—it was incredibly efficient. The lines were very quick with virtually no wait! It was easily the fastest checkout I've had at an electronics store. Finally, parking here is a breeze, which is a huge plus. They offer plenty of paid parking on the street right outside, or you can opt for the free indoor parking in the building's garage. Highly recommend this location for great customer service and convenience!
Patrick was really sweet and helpful in helping me find a laptop. He was knowledgeable and kind and patient. He found everything I needed. Thank you! The place was big and nice and lots on display to try. We played some games on the iPads and laptops. We also played hide and seek bc it’s so big. There is a free indoor parking garage that doesn’t need validation. It’s on the 1st floor and there is an elevator. It’s very convenient.
