These guys are great — efficient, professional and skilled. What more do you want? Took my phone no questions asked and fixed the broken screen. Didn’t try to upsell me, and when I inquired about an additional screen protector, he found me the most cost effective option and installed it for me without blinking in seconds. Can’t recommend highly enough.
The service at CPR was amazing. I had an appointment for repair and they completed the work timely, probably earlier than promised. My phone was like new! I was super excited to not have to purchase a new phone or pay a deductible.
Came in with a broken laptop hinge, and was told they would inspect it and get back to me with details of whether I needed a new part or entirely new display set up within a few hours. Didn't hear from them all day. I called back the next day and they told me they forgot and would get back to me in a few hours. Again no call from them all day. I called back again the next day and once again they never looked at it. If it can't be fixed just call me and let me know! Honesty and prompt feedback would've been very appreciated. They couldn't even do that. I picked up my laptop shortly after because it was obvious they were never going to get to it. Horrible customer service.
What a great neighborhood business! Much easier to get into than the Apple Store. Just walk in the door! Very honest. If they can fix your problem - they provide great service. If your phone is irreparable - they charge you nothing.
Super efficient, kind & competent staff! I dropped my iPhone 13 and the screen went completely black, no notifications/sounds coming through at all. They did the diagnostic test and replaced the battery all within less than 2 hrs for just under $100 after tax. I was so worried I was going to have to go to the Apple Store and spend a bunch of money but this place saved me from having to do that!
