I wanted to take a moment to share a genuinely positive experience I had at the Apple Store on Michigan Avenue. The specialist who assisted me on February 1st, Maia F, was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout our interaction. She explained the products I was interested in with clarity and confidence, answered my questions thoughtfully, and maintained a calm, positive, and polished demeanor that made the entire experience feel welcoming and efficient. What impressed me most was her level of professionalism at such a young age. It was clear that she takes great pride in her work and represents Apple extremely well. Having past experience as a store manager myself, I felt it was important to take the time to recognize her efforts. I would have loved to share this feedback directly with the store manager if there were a clear way to do so, as positive experiences like this deserve to be highlighted just as much as concerns. This is not just a store! This is a whole experience !!! The architecture of the building is amazing and so beautiful. The employees were so helpful and on standby to answer any questions we had ! Will be stopping again in the future for sure!!!

Designed by the renowned firm Foster + Partners, this flagship store serves as a literal bridge between the urban bustle of Pioneer Court and the serene Chicago Riverwalk. Whether you’re in the market for the latest iPhone or just looking for a beautiful place to escape a rain shower, this is a must-visit. It’s one of the few places where the architecture is just as much of a draw as the products themselves. If you’re looking for tech support, try to book a Genius Bar appointment in advance. If you’re just visiting for the view, enter from the upper level on Michigan Ave and walk down the grand internal staircase to experience the full scale of the design.

The Apple Store is truly spectacular: a beautiful, spacious, and modern location that impresses from the moment you walk in. The service is excellent, with staff ready to assist and answer any questions. It’s the perfect spot to explore the latest tech, try products, and enjoy a premium shopping experience. Highly recommended… just be ready to max out your card, because everything is tempting!

Apple Store was busy!! But I got everything I need and everyone was nice. Navigating the lines is interesting The Apple Store was bustling with activity!
