Ordered online for curbside pickup. When I arrived, the app wasn't working to let them know that I was there. When I asked the employee who delivered to the car next to me, they just told me to go inside. If I wanted to do that, I wouldn't have ordered online for curbside.

Hit or miss with the employees it seems. The store is good and is somewhat in stock with items (from what I saw) and when I came in I was immediately greeted by a very very kind lady, but when checking out and later walking past the entrance, the guy that had replaced her wasn't nearly as friendly. Granted, he wasn't extremely rude, but seemed a bit frustrated or dulled out. He was efficient with checking out though, got me through extremely quickly, and was patient while I did an address change. Also, I approached an associate asking where the restroom was (far right when you walk in), and the gentleman was very kind.

Best Buy is a solid place to shop for electronics. They have a good selection of tech and accessories, and the store is easy to navigate. The staff were especially knowledgeable and helpful when it came to computers and laptops, answering questions and helping compare options without being pushy. Overall, a reliable Best Buy location and a good spot to go when you need tech help or upgrades.

Double-Check Your Pre-Order - Best Buy Won’t If you pre-order anything, make sure it’s on your receipt or you’ll never get it. Cashiers need to be educated to properly add pre-order items and be upfront if something’s sold out. A little honesty would’ve saved me time and frustration. If I’d known, I would’ve gone to GameStop instead.
