I want to take a second to thank this Best Buy’s Geek Squad team. I originally stopped by in need of help with my Dyson V15 Detect vacuum that ended up mechanically having issues. There was a slight confusion/issue with the protection plan I had and the vacuum model I ended up giving them for service. And yet, Casper & Geraldo were able and willing to assure me that despite my situation, it was not impossible to coarse correct and ultimately take care of me the way you did. I am undoubtedly thankful and appreciative with how my situation was professionally handled, because I know it could’ve have been handled completely differently. Thank you for your patience and understanding. God Bless.

Got permission from the manager in the store to borrow a grocery cart and then they sent the police after me and accuse me of stealing it! needless to say, I also got trespassed from the store so I can never go in the store again! however I would not go back in this store again if they paid me to! Crappy people crappy store crappy town!

My new Insignia beverage cooler is nice for the price but like other multiple reviews the temperature is off. I didn’t even stuff it full. Every time I am at BB there are 5 people hustling and another 5 wastes of space. Found a Bosch gas range on deep discount. Much better than dealing with Samsung directly.

I've had good experiences with Best Buy in the past but my most recent attempt to purchase some ear buds was frustrating. The display had a misleading price tag on the item. The tag directly under the fixed position store display referred to a less expensive model. I questioned it at the register and was sent back to the display (in the far corner of the store) and found the mistake. There did not seem to be any concern to correct the display. The cashier was not friendly or understanding. I tried to buy local but, on the principle have decided to find the item online. If I hadn't had good experiences in the past, this rating would only be one star.

I had a wonderful experience at the Best Buy in Salt Lake City today. Coming in just as the store opened, I was greeted by a smiling employee named Karen M. She helped me order the product I was looking for and the whole process was quick and pleasant. It is so nice when an employee like Karen makes you feel noticed and valued. Thank you, Dan
