This bestbuy obviously has favorite customer when it comes to pokemon cards. When I got to the store this morning I noticed some empty chairs but no one around so I was first in line, or so I thought, the people that had the chairs there were sitting in their warm cars claiming that they were first in line but I've been standing outside waiting for best buy to open. So I stood my ground but when bestbuy opened their doors they pushed infront of me so I went to my rightful spot which was first, or so I thought. Management pulled the camera and stated that I cut the line but wouldn't pull the video of when I was first outside. So moral of the story guys, just put your chairs outside and just sit in your car and claim your first because your chair was there.

Well, the store was immaculately clean. Staff was moderately helpful. I don't see them winning any awards for their overarching friendliness or service but they weren't bad. They just weren't extraordinary. I made a special trip here on the advice of a confidante to purchase any electronic item they were sure to have. Well, they didn't. The associate initially reported the item in question had simply moved to a new locale. After a canvass of the area and a talk with management, it was discovered that the item in question was Out of stock. Which, would explain why we couldn't find it. But, you can order online and it'll be here in a week," I was told. I politely declined. Then, on my way out of the store I made another stop and found a second item that caught my fancy and was ready to make a purchase. But this search also ended with the familiar refrain. "We're out of stock at the moment but you can order it online And it'll be here in a week. For the second time in about 10 minutes I'll politely declined such an offer. I didn't ask if I could buy the item that was on display since it was the only item in stock and that was met with a no I'm sorry...." I left before they could finish the sentence which probably ended with "you can buy it online." I think it's a fine store with a lot of fine people working there Things just didn't go my way last night while I was up there. But we're not going to hate on them too bad. Just need an inventory update. A good old,.hardy stocking of the shelves would do everybody some good

Best Buy no longer answers phone calls in-store. You’re either interfacing with an AI chatbot that guarantees, “I am not AI. If you state your concern, I am certainly glad to help you” — or you are forwarded to a call center in another hemisphere. While the employees I met were all kind and patient, shareholder profits outweigh humanity for this near-monopolistic big box electronic store. You can get a really nice TV for cheap, though. Just make sure you check the box before you leave, because nobody is going to pick up the phone when you realize you were given the QM5K and not the QM6K.

I recently ordered the PowerDrive 30W Apple MFi Certified Vehicle Charger through the Best Buy app and picked it up via curbside. The process was fast and smooth, and the staff member who assisted me was professional, attentive, and made everything easy. Highly recommend this location!

I had an incredible experience getting my Nintendo switch 2 at midnight from this Best Buy! They were so organized and fair that even if it took a minute it didn't feel stressful because they were moving people through fairly and efficiently. Shout out to my guy CJ that checked me out with the killer Pokemon tattoos. This team knocked it out of the park!
