Best By Farr Dog Training

So, so pleased with results! Our pup, a 2 year old Pyr, is not the easiest breed to train. We had high hopes putting her through the Board & Train program and…Wow! The results were A+! (The follow-up sessions with Chris make sure we’re continuing to train these skills correctly at home which is very helpful.) Our pup knows her commands, and - most important - is much calmer and happier! Our relationship with her is so much more positive following this training. Would we do this again? Yes! 100% yes! If I could, I would give Best By Farr Dog Training ten stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The work they did to transform my three boys (dogs) is amazing. My boys are 1.5, 4, and 6 years old. Elizabeth the trainer took the three of them into her house for three weeks of intensive training. She worked with them on pulling on the leash, going to a set area when the doorbell rings, dealing with other animals, healing, sitting and staying, I did not recognize who they were in some of the videos Elizabeth sent us because they were so well behaved. Elizabeth came to bring the boys back to our house and my wife gave her a hug because she was so overwhelmed with joy with how much we have seen them change. We have shared with friends at church about Best By Farr Dog Training and they are considering it too after seeing the videos.

Where do I begin. Chris is absolutely amazing. His communication, education, patience, and passion for what he does is truly outstanding. We have had two previous dogs who were not trained and of course my husband and I fell into the dog owner category of thinking dogs train themselves. With lack of education on our part we decided to research more about dog training and we stumbled on the Best By Farr page. After watching videos, reading reviews, and researching more about Chris’s training we decided to book a consultation for our 5 week old German Shorthaired Pointer. Our puppy at that time was extremely active, hyper, mischievous, and had lack of basic obedience skills. She literally only was potty trained. During Chris’s consultation he was so helpful with answering any questions as well as concerns I had about my puppy’s behavior. My husband and I decided we were going to pull the trigger and invest in our puppy so that for the next decade we will be stress free with a behaved dog. Let me tell you this investment was the best decision we could have ever done, for us as well as our puppy Kimber. We did Best By Farr’s Puppy to Adult program which I would 1,000% recommend. With just his 7 day puppy week at 6 months old we already noticed improvement. Kennel training, taking her on walks, or even practicing commands like sit were a breeze for her. After a few months was when the second part of her training began where she was there for three weeks ( at this point she was 10 months old). Chris would send us updates via txt and videos. We truly couldn’t believe what we were watching our dog do. It was such a relief knowing she was in good hands. As her training came to an end Chris worked with my husband and I to make sure we were just as educated as our dog. He made us into the dog owners I never thought we’d be. Our entire experience was beyond satisfactory. We are extremely thankful for him and without him I don’t even want to know where we would be. I highly recommend using his services I promise you will not regret it.

I've had Ivy since she was 2 months old & did some basic obedience training with her during the first year of her life. She did well & still had the 'basics' down. But, it was time for her to grow a bit more in her obedience. So, in November she went to training with Chris & his team. I can't say enough good things about how she was treated & how much she learned! She's SO MUCH more well behaved & I attribute that to all the work she did with Best by Farr Dog Training!! She has everything she knows down... now, it's me who needs to improve & I'm also very happy with the coaching Chris provides me as her owner/handler. THANK YOU!

My girl “PunKin” a 5 year old Pittie mix attended training for 3 weeks. She has always been skittish and training with Chris and his team clearly helped her. I have noticed she goes into closets, the car and many places without fear. Now she doesn’t fight taking a bath it appears she likes them. Before Beat by Farr training she ran from bath time. Her attention to her commands and rewards is wonderful. I believe her new found confidence from Best by Farr makes her a happier dog.
