We had developed areas of concern on a cream white carpet in the bedrooms along with a chair that was soiled. Quick response time and professionally handled. Sergio arrived , reviewed the job , explained the process, non toxic application and answered any concerns. Sergio has 10 years experience , wonderful demeanor and knowledgeable. So far so good, carpets are dry and clean. Highly recommended .

Mike is very professional, communicative and great at what he does. My wool rugs look amazing! He spent over an hour on two (one Moroccan and the other Persian) and accommodated me by cleaning them on concrete outside on tarps because my daughter was home sick. They smell so fresh, non-toxic and look so clean. Only have a pic of one because I’m storing the other in plastic wrap.

I was happy even from the initial consultation phone call. Pricing was transparent, phone call extremely helpful, and appointment process quick and easy. Sergio called me prior to arriving. He was very thorough and so friendly and helpful. I'm happy with the reasonable and affordable pricing and how clean my rugs look now!

Sergio was awesome! Helped me clean the mattress and it feels extra clean now. Tried to clean rugs, and he helped me move furniture to do so, but unfortunately we didn’t have enough room. They offer pickup services for those who are interested and can bring the rug back in a week. With service like Sergio’s, I’ll definitely be back - everything was on point, from making an appt to moving furniture to clean mattress!
