Got my roof replaced recently and I have no complaints. Alex came over and did the initial inspection after I had already gone up onto the roof to see what issues there were to make sure inspection was in line with what I saw. For context my home was built in the 1960s and my home is about +3000sqft. Alex was great and honest with issues, recommendations, and up costs. Within less then a week I have a new roof and it looks amazing and they fixed issues from previous install/owner. The work crew were professional and the cleanup was great. You get what you pay for and with the lifetime warranty on my roof, I have peace of mind that it will last for many years to come. Thank you Alex and crew!

Outstanding! From the very start when we first met with Alex, we already felt comfortable discussing with him our requirements. He went above and beyond by climbing up to our high roof to inspect and check the condition of our roof. He took plenty of pictures and even collected loose nails. Other vendors that we invited did not bother going up for the free inspection. Alex discussed with us the company's history and he showed us the products BCR offers. We were locked in to the Owens Corning brand especially when Alex mentioned the Lifetime Warranty on labor and materials. Alex clearly discussed the price details and offered us every discount he can to include the military discount and the best financing option possible. We agreed on the price and had a special ramen with seaweed soup that my wife prepared while signing the documents. Alex is outstanding on what he does! He is patient, very knowledgeable on the products, comfortable to talk to and not pushy. Bravo Zulu to Alex!!! Btw, Alex even visited us on the delivery and installation day. On the delivery and installation side, Lucas and his team did an outstanding job on the removal of the old materials, the prep, installation of new materials and the cleanup. Thanks to Lucas and Team for a job well done!

Best Choice roofing is GREAT company to work with!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!! After multiple notices had been put on our door that we had hail and wind damage that should be covered thru homeowners insurance! I was skeptical !!! I made the call and in a couple days Kaleb Phillips and team came out did the inspection and said it qualified to file a claim. Kaleb called the insurance company that night to start the claim. Thanks to Kaleb for keeping at it with the insurance company in a little over three weeks we had a new roof for the house and shed!!!! Lucas the job supervisor was GREAT!! Thank you Kaleb and Lucas!!! Only thing I wish would have been done was the Best Choice Roofing sign left in the yard for a couple of weeks!!! Barbara Watson
