Check in and check out was quick and easy. Employees were very friendly and it was evident that they loved pets. Lots of return customers so gave peace of mind that this place was reputable. Loved seeing pictures of our cats on social media!

I am so happy I found Best Friends Pet Hotel! I am new to the area and needed to find a new place to care for my dog when needed and I could not be happier that I found Best Friends! My dog is very reactive and everyone I have interacted with at Best Friends has been very understanding and assuring that they will take the best care of my dog and so far he has stayed 2 nights and gone for 2 days of camp and he has done great while there which makes me feel so comfortable leaving him in their care! I can not recommend Best Friends Pet Hotel enough!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I couldn’t be happier with the care my dogs, Cami and Lexi, received! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and truly went above and beyond to make the girls comfortable. They sent updates, showed genuine affection, and treated them like family. Both dogs came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. The facility was clean, safe, and full of enriching activities. It gave me complete peace of mind knowing Cami and Lexi were in such great hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, loving place for their pets!!!
As always, they do a great job with my pups! Rex and Ruby love going there. Thank you for your patience with Rex, I know he goes crazy whenever we drop him off and when we pick him up. Ruby just loves to cuddle and she does not want to get back in the car when it’s time to go home. We’ll be back soon!
