Dr Palmes and the team at Best Life Chiropractic has been a life changer for me. When I came in for a consultation several months ago, I was literally crying from pain. As a runner I rely on an active style not only for fitness but for mental health and not only could I not run without pain, I couldn't even sit or stand. After only one week of treatment my pain had subsided substantially. From there, Dr P and his team continued their healing work to not only make my body stronger but also empower me by giving me the tools to continue that healing on my own through teaching me stretching and strength training exercises to maximize the work they were doing at the office. AND - I'm back to running! Not just shuffling along but long trail miles with NO pain. They really do focus on the body as a whole and each patient as an individual. I've also been super impressed to learn about all of the continuing education they do to make sure they stay on the cutting edge of technology and ensure that their patients always have the best care possible.

I started seeing Dr. Palmes a few weeks ago for neck pain and pinched nerve affecting mobility in my shoulder. Every session/visit Ive had with them have been great and I left with immediate relief and feeling better! If youre looking for a chiropractor who cares and will take the time to help you figure out your chiropractic needs this is definitely the place to go. They made me feel very comfortable from the beginning and were very professional and respectful. Most importantly they helped me with my pain and my shoulder is getting back to 100% in just 4 sessions! Highly Recommend this place for anything Chiropractic related!!
