Wonderful physical therapists here helped me fully recover from my torn ACL surgery in 6 months! When my shoulder started hurting after horseback riding, they also helped me through that. Then i joined their early morning core class to get fit, and I'm now feeling very strong for the new year!
Nice receptionist. Steven not very helpful nor informative. Downright nasty at times. Annoyed with questions. Classic PT office. Purely focused on what they can get out of insurance. Can only look at one issue per evaluation. Refuses to tell you what exercises to do. Has to defer to an assistant. No root cause analysis. No consideration of multiple related issues. The scheme is just to sign you up for an endless series of appointments where they can slowly spoon feed some exercises. Biggest worry on first appointment was not my health or improving outcome. It's making sure they have referral so they can bill more than 12 appointments in 45 days.
I came to BEST Physical Therapy 2 years ago with "snapping hip syndrome". Having been in PT twice before, I was pleased to find excellent physical therapists (Cathy & Chaula) who listened and addressed the pain and weakness in my hip and leg. Then, I was pleasantly surprised to find the additional support of an ongoing, on-site Core 2 exercise class I could drop into. I have enjoyed it these past 2 years making new friends. The office itself is an inviting, comfortable and well equipped space with natural light from large windows. The staff is always helpful communicating scheduling and billing details in a timely manner. Above all, it is a friendly, welcoming place focused on helping people feel their best.
I have been going to BEST physical therapy from 4 months for 2 injuries. The care and treatment I’ve received here are beyond amazing. The therapists, aides and front desk staff are all extremely helpful and they genuinely care about patients. Chaula in particular has been super tuned to my pain points and has worked her magic to heal me and help me get back to hiking and outdoors again after a very long break. I am glad I chose to go here for my recovery.
