Better Day is amazing!! I was referred by my doula after giving birth in August and the adjustments have been so helpful in releasing the tension and tightness that my son and I both have post labor. Dr. Alison and Dr. Lane are both amazing and I love looking forward to these each week! I’m so glad that I added them to my postnatal ‘toolkit’

Absolutely love Better Day Chiropractic! Dr. Alison and Dr. Laney worked miracles for me during the final stretch of my pregnancy. I was dealing with intense and persistent back pain, and their care made a huge difference. I’ve continued seeing them postpartum, and I can’t say enough good things—not only about how I feel, but also about how much they’ve helped my newborn. Her gentle adjustments have her sleeping so well and she has had major improvements with gas and bloating. The office is beautiful—warm, inviting, and thoughtfully set up. It’s in a super convenient location, right across from Optimist Hall, and the cozy waiting area even has a sweet little play space for kiddos. They’re also fully stocked with postpartum and delivery essentials, which is a helpful bonus! Highly recommend to any mamas-to-be or new parents looking for knowledgeable, compassionate chiropractic care!

Dr. Alison is the best! I saw her for my back pain that was bothering me for months, and I couldn’t get any other relief. I was unable to workout, or sit down for more than a few minutes without pain. She is very knowledgeable and made my first chiropractic experience really enjoyable! Plus the appointment process can be done online and the office is very accommodating the scheduling. Parking is a breeze and my appointments were always on time with no delays!

I originally came to Better Day Chiropractic for my son, who had torticollis and subsequent minor plagiocephaly. Dr. Alison was so great and gentle with my 7 month old! I decided that I, too, could benefit from chiropractic care to help with my chronic neck and back pain that I’d been living with for years. I’d never been disciplined enough to commit to weekly appointments for ANYTHING (let alone sometimes twice a week), so that’s just a testament to how great the care has been with both Dr. Alison and Dr. Laney. Now, two years and a current pregnancy later, I wouldn’t trust my care anywhere else! Also, shout out to Paula who is always so fun to talk to and a huge help in all ways! Love the Better Day Chiropractic Team! Can’t recommend them enough!

I absolutely love the whole team at Better Day! It’s the most professional and efficient medical office I’ve ever visited. I am feeling better at 36 weeks pregnant than I was before conceiving. I’ve never tried chiropractic care before, but feel very safe and supported in my pregnancy. I’ve struggled with neck and shoulder pain my whole life, and my body is in a much better place since seeing Dr. Day. Highly recommend!
