Ive tried other pet boarding locations around the edmonton and leduc area and they usually have problems with my dog. My dog is never excited to leave. He loves all of the employees there and I see it every time I drop him off and pick him up!

This is the first experience my boy has had being watched by anyone other than me. He had never been crate trained or kenneled previously. Although he does not enjoy his "quite time", he absolutely loves the staff and all his doggy friends. He is more than happy to see me when I pick him up and even makes sure to give the ladies a kiss & hug goodbye (whether they want it or not). This, to me, means he has enjoyed his stay.

Another superb stay! Our yellow lab is now 3.5 yrs old snd has been veteran of BTH for over 2 years. Every stay is great: staff care about each dog, they monitor socialization, lots of outdoors time, and our Bear always finds a great BFF! Safe, clean, and great setup. Thanks again Kim and Kayla!

An above average experience. Highly knowledgeable staff that truly care about the animals, have excellent communication, and are very professional. I feel like some boarding kennels have become successful enough that they no longer give the same level of care to every client and animal, but that is not the case here.
