I went in looking for products for my house plants and we spent at least 45 minutes chatting about what is best for my plants what would be beneficial. I have a small jungle and thought to be a bit knowledgeable on my plants requirements and I left here with so many new things I learned. I never felt rushed or made to feel I was in the wrong place. Very welcoming. Thanks from me and my plants for all the help and supplies!

Staff are extremally helpful. They suggested a two part fertilizer mix for my indoor tropical plants. Since using it I've had more new growth in two months then I've had in 8. Highly recommend this shop!

Been coming to this store occasionally throughout the years. When I had first gone, I was pretty young, and didn't know what I was talking about. These guys don't really care for that, you will be much better received if you know what you're looking for. Understandable given the nature of the business, though it can definitely be off putting. I'm not sure if it's new management, but there's a different guy running the shop now from what it seems. He's much friendlier and more helpful than the last guy who was running it. Good prices, just be careful what you're grabbing, some of this stuff is straight from China (I pulled up the alibaba listings). Don't care on my flood table, do care on my grow lights. Guy went out of his way today to make sure I could fit a flood table in my car, really appreciated that. With it being COVID times, will make a point of doing business with you guys a bit more. Thank you!

The first time I was in the store, the owner assisted me in my purchase of my supplies to start my growing. He was a very good source of information My rookie questions and were answered and he assisted me in choosing what I needed. I was also assisted by his employee to help me load the supplies in my vehicle This was about half an hour past his posted closure time. A very good experience My second time I was there for another piece of equipment I was served by another employee who provided me with his knowledge and skills to choose the right filter. The employee was knowledgeable about the products he sold. He was direct and to the point Some people might regard that as being unfriendly or, if they are sensitive rude. I feel that he was not rude to me and my wife. I will be there again for my supplies and I fully recommend this business to anyone who is in need of their services and knowledge My third visit was to return a 1000 watt metal halide grow bulb. I was served my the same gentleman that served me on my second visit. After testing the bulb, I was given a new replacement bulb, and bought mystery pots and grow medium. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and had a great conversation with the employee. His knowledge of the product and the methods of growing were very useful. I will be there again next week to purchase my plant's nutritional products and I hope to remember the employee's name.
