There are very bad Customer services especially on phone calls. We bought appliances over 10k my freezer door has a dent on the same day as delivery day I complained twice but they didn't solve the problem we talked to 1 of the ladys one the phone but she was very rude. they promised that they would give me some refunds but they didn't so I'm never going to buy anything from that store again and I recommend that you don't either.

EDITING MY REVIEW: Unfortunately, I am being forced to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. due to inaction from Dufresne. I do love my new couch & bed, however I still have not received my $300 area rug & the free luggage set I was promised for spending $2500 or more. I made my purchase early January & had my couch & bed “white glove delivered” on Jan 30th the day I had intended to take possession of my new home I had just purchased. I’m a single mom with an autistic child. I purchased the rug bc my floors were cold. I was told I would have it 2 weeks after Jan 30th. That time came & went & every time I would call I would get the same automated message saying it would arrive in 2 weeksWell Its been 3 months. I have not gotten any texts or emails about my order since January. I’ve already had to go out & buy a different one bc it’s taking too long. Last week I called & made sure to speak with a human. I’m told 2 things that made me livid: 1- The luggage set & area rug was scheduled to be delivered to a different address than mine. 2- will now be delivered at the end of March. (Go figure- wait 2 MORE weeks) im not sure why half my purchases would be delivered to the correct address & the other half be sent to a strangers address??? I received zero apology & zero offers for reconciliation. Apparently this “2 weeks wait” is just a tactic to secure the sale regardless of the actual wait time. I was never updated on the change in delivery time after Jan 30th when I had received notice to expect delivery on Feb 12. I was told Noreen would call me to resolve my complaint but never did. I no longer want my purchases & would like to return everything, including the couch & bed. Too bad what a shame. Purchase was made at Narin location in January 2026. Original review: Great service, friendly & respectful guys. Quick & easy!
