Can’t recommend these guys enough! Hyundai stated that my transmission needed to be replaced. Brought my car here and they reset the codes and found nothing wrong. They could have easily scammed me into spending money but they didn’t. They were extremely honest. This place earned a forever customer.

This is a transmission shop, the negative reviews on here are not transmission related.-You don't go to a dentist to have your ears checked. Rene and Jake communicate well and genuinely care about their customers needs. Price was fair and service was exceptional. 5 Stars!

My husbands transmission went out and we had a friend refer us to this place. I am so glad they did! Even though it was upsetting to have to rebuild the transmission, Rene made the process flawless. He sent a tow truck the following day after my husband talked to him and then had the transmission build and ready for pick up 2 days after that! Rene also kept in contact with him , giving him updates . Now a days, Customer Service is rare but Rene treated us like we were the only customers he had at BT.

The transmission on my car finally went out, and they helped me out with a custom transmission rebuild, torque converter servicing as well as a new motor mount, which i got a deal on. My car is driving perfectly as it used to, and I am so beyond grateful for the guys here at Better Transmission. I got a free tow with my service, and they were amazing at communicating with me about everything and answered all my questions as well as being patient with me as I was curious about everything. 10/10 service!
