Strange and unprofessional experience working with this company. Booked for a cleaning on the phone, the technician arrives on schedule and informs us that certain stains cannot be removed, I respond that that should have been communicated before booking the service and asked if they offer any discounts/remediations due to their lack of transparency. He then connects with his boss and tells him "the customer told me they wont pay if the stains dont get removed" and then proceeds to tell me they will not be moving forward. I was shocked he said that in front of me on the phone and I clarified, again, that I was asking if they would offer a minor discount and never said I would not pay someone for their work. He then revised the final price and I signed the quote. The technician then went downstairs to supposedly grab the equipment and never came back upstairs. A complete waste of time and incredibly rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

I had nearly given up on the high-traffic areas and a few stubborn red wine spots in my light-colored carpet. The technician, Leo, took time to inspect and pre-treat the stains. The results were astounding – spots I thought were permanent are completely gone! The carpet looks and smells brand new. They even moved my furniture with care and put it back exactly.
