From day dot, the staff at BHS went the extra mile to make sure everything—from booking and payments to pre-event reminders—was organised and delivered promptly. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with: friendly, responsive, and completely drama-free. When the day finally arrived, we had an absolutely wonderful time out on the boat for my birthday/farewell party. The captain and crew were fantastic—professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive throughout the day, while also being great fun to hang out with. I couldn’t recommend BHS more highly to anyone looking for a stress-free and memorable boat experience.

The crew was AMAZING. Natasha, Sofia, Steve and the Skipper (whose name I sadly forgot) were impeccable — I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, they were full of smiles and energy, had the platters organised, helped with the music, and were always helpful and respectful with everyone. Best boat party ever. Ian and Reyna were also fantastic throughout the booking process, providing clear information and great support with all our questions.

We hired the “Magic” boat for our work Christmas party and had the best time! The boat was spacious and had great sitting and hanging out areas for everyone to enjoy. The crew were SO accomodating and made our experience 10 times better with their positive vibes and overall service. Could not recommend this company enough! Goodness - what an absolutely brilliant experience! Ian from BHS was SO helpful in me booking Sydneysider for my birthday. The boat itself, the staff taking on everything (cooking / bar!) relieved any pressure, and they were so accommodating (allowing us to have our own dj!) We had the most incredible day. Highly recommend.
