Customer service was above and beyond, and staff was very welcoming. I did have issues getting in contact for a bit, but any misunderstandings were quickly resolved. Payment is reasonable and their system is very fair. Also give out students of the month, which is super cool! As my instructor, I had Robbie Bobbie, and unfortunately I will have to feed his ego… He puts trust in his students from day one and lets them have at it, but makes sure they understand rules and expectations with close but comfortable supervision. His driving tips and techniques WILL have you passing that test first try, and understanding the road in hours. As a supervisor, he doesn’t just care about his students, he goes beyond to understand them and make them feel seen as human beings. Very understanding, and very caring. You will learn that he is full of unexpected surprises, and his life story is no short of a movie. Loves his job very much, and is an amazing role model for all teens. Only flaw is his outdated humor, so make sure you teach him proper slang if you have him as a teenager!

I took over 20 lessons with Bick's Driving School, where Will was my instructor. He was so patient and calm with me throughout my whole learning process. His tips and tricks regarding the maneuverability test was really remarkable and practicing with him made me confident about the driving test. I learned how to drive completely as a beginner and then ended up passing my driving test with really good scores. I would highly recommend Bick's Driving School, especially for adult drivers like me.

Learning to drive as an adult can be challenging, but with a competent instructor and driving school, it can become more manageable. I attended classes with Bill, who demonstrated professionalism and friendliness. He helped me feel comfortable behind the wheel, which led to me obtaining my driving license. Appreciation goes to Bill and everyone working at Bicks Driving School.

I had a phenomenal experience at Bick’s driving school with Rob who is an amazing instructor. He is really good at conveying information in an interactive and fun way. He is not just presenting the information but teaching it and telling us how to apply it. He actually cares about his students and supports them beyond the classroom. I am glad I had Rob as my driving school instructor and highly recommend him!
