I had a 1.5 hour bike fit done today and it was the most informative, pleasant and confidence building experience. They were able to set bars, seats, and expectations to get me in a place to relieve pain and insure that everything is secured to spec. Tom was informative and professional. Im coming back for a casset changout soon. I was impressed at how Tom was able to pinpoint an issue and get parts orded so fast. I highly recommend this shop!

If you want to get serious with cycling as a hobby.... the guys at Bicycle House are the guys to go to! I met with Tom and he helped me order a gravel bike that exceeded my expectations! Really knowledgeable and cool dude! He took my body measurements and worked with my budget, and I couldn't be happier! I'll def be going back for any fine tunings, upgrades or... maybe another bike....mmmm...

Probably the best LBS in Austin with the most knowledgeable and friendly crew in the area. The bike fit is priceless and while its easier to go to big box places, you’ll waste money trying to make your bike work. There is no upsell, no judgement, they will work with you, your budget, and get you out enjoying your ride quickly. I hope everyone supports this shop and keeps it going for years to come. Thanks guys for helping out, customer for life!

I came in earlier this year for a bike fit since, being really tall (6’9”), even my 2XL frame gave me lots of issues. After a few changes and new parts the bike felt much better—I even managed a 200-miler. I’ve been to a few bike shops in Austin, but this one is easily my favorite. Better service and cheaper prices than elsewhere. The custom bike I ordered through them recently also rides amazingly well, the process was smooth, and the price was even better than what many big bike brands charge for comparable parts. Highly recommend!

The crew at Bicycle House is the best in the area! Whenever there is any work on my bike that is out of my skill level, I drive up from New Braunfels for the pros to handle it. Trevor, Tom, and James always ensure that my bike needs are addressed quickly and correctly. I make the 1.5-hour drive because I can trust them to do the job correctly. The peace of mind in their work on my $4k+ bikes is well worth the trip up. I highly recommend them to anyone,, and not just for their service work. Recently, I booked a bike fit appointment for my gravel bike after dealing with some pains on longer rides. They got me in and ensured that I was correctly set up for the bike. A big deal for me is that they didn't make me feel bad about buying the bike elsewhere. I'm happy to report that the bike is much more comfortable to ride now. If your looking for a great local shop, This is it!
