A two-hour drive each way limits my attendance/collection at Bid Barn auctions, unfortunately. Recently I found myself without a roadworthy car however, Bobbie was extremely understanding and helpful. I have found 'the needle in a haystack' many times and highly recommend this auction house.

Disgusting display of service. No communication whatsoever advising of when remaining items need to be collected than withholds approximately $1000 of funds and says too bad, so sad, wait until the new year. Even though the website says to pick up goods Monday and Tuesday until 6pm then too bad sorry we're too busy. Has almost $1,000 of funds that's meant to be for Christmas and says too bad you have to wait until the 5th of January, contact me then. "You're not the only one who wants their money". They've been getting paid for my items every week for the last 3 months. Then when I go to collect $$ conveniently too busy.

My own experience; helpful staff on the weekend guided me around. When I won to collect my winnings (scored some awesome vinyl), the staff were super hospitable and professional. Will definitely do more bidding here in the future.

I've been using Bid Barn in Newcastle (Wickham) for several of my auction needs and have found their services to be exceptional. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Their online auctions are simple & effective, I just bid what I'm prepared to pay, I then either win the item or I don't, no "bidding wars". It's perfect, whether you are new to the auction experience or a seasoned veteran. The variety of items available is impressive, and their pickup and delivery services add a convenient touch to the whole process. I've frequented Bid Barn multiple times and plan to continue doing so. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable auction house

Love going to BidBarn! Have been coming for years with my partner and always end up going home with something cool! For those that like thrift shopping you couldn't get a cooler place. The staff are lovely, highly recommend!
