I recommend this Family Therapy Center to the Hispanic community. It has a great team of bilingual, professional therapists who are committed to helping you with the challenges you may face in your life. They have government funding available for low-income individuals who qualify for therapy services. My psychologist, Claudia Muñoz, has been a great help and support in managing my emotional crises. Her professionalism and empathy helped me connect with my emotions, and I was able to overcome my childhood traumas and wounds in a healthy and functional way. What I learned in my therapy sessions was that I don't have to face my crises alone, that mental health help is available, and that you can live better when you truly commit to healing.
