Love it, i used to go to counseling before going to Bienstar and it didn’t help me as much as Bienstar did. My counselor is the sweetest i’ve never felt uncomfortable with her, i’ve overcome a lot of my problems with anxiety, depression, etc, i’ve learned how to cope with it and i’ve also changed as a person. It’s always so positive here and I feel so much better every time I come here.
This place is definitely a safe space that has helped me so much with my anxiety and depression. I’ve been here for a while now, and I am a completely better person than I was before. I have learned so much from this experience and hope to continue to do better as time goes by. The staff is super sweet, supportive and welcoming. Highly recommend to everyone. :)
