⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Outstanding Service - Logan is Amazing!** As the President of our Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization, I've been renting inflatables for our events for the past five years. We host events for 500+ kids annually, so I've worked with quite a few companies over the years. This was my first time using Big Air Jumpers, and I can honestly say they were absolutely amazing! Logan was the employee who handled our entire rental from start to finish - drop-off, setup, and pickup. What impressed me most was how much he genuinely cared about making our event successful. We were transforming our school gym into a "Jungle Gym" theme, and initially it didn't look like all our rentals would fit inside. We were worried we'd have to move the giant 21' slide outside, which would have really taken away from our jungle theme. Logan completely understood our vision and took the time to troubleshoot how we could make everything work inside the gym. He didn't just give up or suggest the easy solution - he problem-solved with us until he found a way to fit everything perfectly! The event ended up being a huge HIT because of his dedication. I had scheduled a 7 AM drop-off, and Logan arrived early - already starting our day off on the right foot! And despite being the only employee handling our entire setup, he worked incredibly efficiently. In my five years of experience, I've typically seen teams of 3-4 employees handle jobs like ours, but Logan did it all himself - and he did it faster and better than any team I've worked with before. Seriously impressive! Beyond his technical skills, Logan was incredibly professional and genuinely caring. I really enjoyed talking with him throughout the process, and he represented Big Air Jumpers exceptionally well. You can tell he's a genuinely good person who takes pride in his work. I can't recommend Big Air Jumpers enough, and I can't say enough glowing things about Logan specifically. It's because of Logan's outstanding service that I will absolutely be renting from Big Air Jumpers again for all our future events. If you're looking for a company that truly cares about making your event special, this is it, and hopefully you get Logan, because you will not be disappointed.

Rented a dunk tank for a company activity, unfortunately their were some issues with the delivery. Luckily, they were able to sent out another driver and set everything up within an hour, plus they gave us a discount as well. Started a little later than I hoped by it was a big hit! We'll definitely be look at Big Air Jumpers for future events!

One of the best experience I have ever had. This company was so helpful and the delivery was awesome! We really enjoyed the slide at our 4th of July party! The kids and adults had a blast. Totally recommend this company for your party’s! Very easy to blow up and add water to! Detailed instruction as well!

We used Big Air Jumpers for a school event, they were on time for both drop off & pick up. They made it super easy and the Mickey jumping playground was awesome. The students loved it!
