Great place to have a party. They are super busy on weekends, so just be mentally prepared for that! Our host was amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed with basically no wait. I do recommend the Birthday package with the most amount of jump time. We chose the 90 minute party package. That seemed to be just enough. Everyone was wiped out by pizza party time. Overall, great experience for the price!

Five stars—absolutely recommend! We went to this trampoline park today and had such a great experience, largely because of an employee named Nira. She was incredibly personal and genuinely tried to create a customized, positive experience for everyone she interacted with. You could tell she was upbeat and attentive, even though it may have been a long shift. One moment that really stood out was when a little girl was upset because she was too small to go on one of the attractions. Instead of brushing it off, Nira encouraged her to try another option—the long, fast, really cool big slide near the front checkout. You could literally see the little girl’s entire mood change. It clearly made her day, and moments like that matter. People like Nira often play what seems like a “small” role, but the impact they make is very real and long-lasting. They help create happy memories, and that deserves recognition. Making every guest feel seen and prioritized is not easy, and she did it effortlessly. Also—small but lovely touch—they gave out delicious candy canes at the end, which was such a sweet surprise. I’d highly recommend this place, especially for parties or big groups. Great energy, great staff, and a genuinely positive environment.

I wanted to take a moment to share how exceptional one of your employees has been. From the moment I interacted with him, he was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond what was expected, made the experience smooth and positive, and treated me with real respect and care. It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well, but also makes such a positive impression as a person. Employees like him truly represent your company in the best possible way. We visited this place with two kids — 4 and 10 years old — and both of them had plenty to do. The space is great: lots of activities, trampolines, climbing walls, areas for younger kids, and interactive games. Everything is bright, clean, and well-maintained. There were quite a few children, but there was still plenty of room for everyone. There’s also a café with drinks and snacks, and you can celebrate birthdays here as well. We spent about two hours, and for us that was just the right amount of time. Overall, we really enjoyed it and definitely recommend this place!

We had such a great time at Big Air Auburn! The place is super clean, fun, and perfect for kids to burn off energy. Samuel and Karina were especially awesome, very attentive and great with my children. They made the experience even better with their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this spot for families looking for a fun and safe place for kids to play. We’ll definitely be back!
