The food service is horrible and the staff are not customer focused at all. To have a long line of customers and employees behind the counter joking around and not acknowledging the long line of customers is one of the worst customer service experiences I have seen. Then to wait almost an hour for a pizza is unbelievable and then told we have to wait an additional 5 to 10 minutes for fries and mozzarella sticks that were part of the original order is mind blowing. If outside food is not allowed they should step up their game on food service.
There are a lot of activities to rotate! Children should be able to have a fulfilling 2 hours here easily. We loved it. We bought the Groupon deal while visiting for the holidays. The socks were around $7 each. They have family restrooms, the facilities are clean. We had nachos and dipping dots. The nachos were good. There’s plenty of free parking. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Great place for exercise especially with it behind so cold out.
Three star for the fact that the food was taking more than 1 hour to be ready, because of the lack of employees. Since we can’t have outside snacks, is kinda disappointing. The employee Isaiah was very nice, explained why the food was taking so long. I understand is not his fault since the company is responsible for the employees!
My kids had a blast at this place. Plenty of space between different activity areas to walk without jump socks if you’re just monitoring your kids and not jumping. The food was pretty good. The staff did their jobs very well. Huge indoor jungle gym area, Ninja obstacle course, and bounce/jump area for smaller kids. I was hoping to see more arcade machines, but keeping the kids focused on jumping meant they slept well that evening.
Our kids were gifted a Groupon for Big Air. It met our expectations! My kids, 11, 10, 8, and 6 years old, definitely enjoyed it. Place was clean, and the equipment was in tact. Food was good. Staff was nice and very helpful. We will be coming back again!
