My 3 year old daughter LOVES Big Air! We have always had a great experience, especially on Sunday mornings for toddler time. So we decided to host her birthday party here and Big Air did not disappoint!! The staff were fantastic -- helpful, communicative, and friendly from start to finish. Our party manager Kam was absolutely incredible. She handled setting up the decor we brought in, got us two more pizzas at the last minute, and managed a gaggle of small children with ease. :) The worst part about the experience was dragging our daughter out the door -- she was having way too much fun!

Big fun! It was packed on this past Saturday afternoon. Employees were nice especially the gentleman that checked us in. Waivers are required even if you are not jumping and wrist bands were provided. I would definitely revisit!

Big Air used to be a great place for toddler time, but after today I don’t know that we will be back. We’ve been going for over a year and it used to be $10 per child for play from 10am-1pm. Now it’s $12 per child. They used to give us grip socks for the kids for free. Now they want to inspect the socks you bring and if they aren’t up to par they make you pay $4 for a pair of socks. Toddler time used to be a laid back, fun opportunity to get some energy out. Today I was met with employees who gave me an attitude over rules that never existed before and policed every movement. Ive never had an issue with not wearing socks or shoes as adult. Occasionally I would need to get on the play area to grab my child. Today, I went after my child and was yelled at by an employee because I was barefoot. I was told to take my shoes off at the front. Plus, I wasn’t the only parent who was barefoot. Not to mention, the Lil Ninja course is falling apart. Nickel and diming everything but can’t keep the play area safe for kids.

Our experience was amazing. First London was very welcoming and friendly with a great smile. Her assistant was on point without any issues. She prepared our area even with me being everywhere. I really appreciate your assistance. I want I also shoutout Ny the manager I believe. She was very supportive and helpful since my first phone call with the booking. This was my first time ever through a birthday party and she was very clear and informative so that I understand how and what I need to make this successful for my son’s 12th birthday. Between bother London and any the both smiled great throughout the chaotic evening. The house was full and they remained calm and took control. Thanks again London and Ny.

This is my second year in a row that I’ve had my son’s birthday party at this location. The check-in was so smooth, everyone that I came in contact with was so nice and helpful. My party host Aziz was amazing ! He was so kind and helpful and he made sure my son enjoyed his birthday party!!
