We just got our roof done and couldn’t be happier. The hardworking crew was great! They did an amazing job and such a good clean up. The job supervisor, James was very communicative and helpful. We worked with Macon and he is just awesome! He goes over and beyond. He truly made our experience impeccable. Macon is such a good asset to a company. Macon came back once everything was done to be sure there was not any extra nails around the house. The whole team was professional and I will be referring anyone we know who needs a new roof.

We used Big Bear based on social media reviews and we WERE NOT disappointed! Mason and James were very responsive to our questions and kept us informed on the scheduling status. The crew showed up on time (actually a little early) and got right to work. The materials were dropped off a couple of days ahead and the roofing crew got right after it. They did the work in about a day and a half and my wife and I were totally pleased. They even snuck up and put a few shingles on a tiny bump out that was totally unexpected. They left the property spotless and showed care over our plants and utilities. I would highly recommend Big Bear Roofing. They were EXCEPTIONAL!

Big Bear Roofing was great to work with for our roof replacement. Their attention to detail & excellent communication made it a smooth process from start to finish. My first point of contact was Mason who made me feel comfortable working with this company. He guided me through the process & was very patient with us while choosing colors & such. Before the job even started, James was also in communication, letting me know what to expect as we moved through the next phase. I very much appreciated James keeping me informed with who was coming out to my house, arrival time, the work they’d do, & answering my many questions. Overall I felt respected & valued working with Big Bear & glad we used them for this large project. I would definitely work with them again & refer them to others.

Now that our beautiful new roof is complete, a big shout out to Jeff, Mason and all the folks at Big Bear. During a downpour this spring, water started leaking into all 3 floors of our house. In a panic, I called Big Bear at 4 pm and Jeff arrived in 30 minutes; within an hour, he had a crew there to install a tarp. Jeff worked with our Erie insurance adjuster (who was also amazing) and within a few short weeks, our new roof was installed and all the interior damage was repaired.The entire process was as smooth as silk and the guys were the nicest and most professional we’ve ever dealt with. We can’t recommend Big Bear enough for your roofing needs!

We recently completed a full roof replacement with Big Bear Roofing. Ours was an insurance claim for which we mostly worked with Claims Adjuster Macon Watkins who made the process very smooth and painless. Their pricing was fair, communication was excellent, and once scheduled, our job was completed in only one day with careful attention to our property. They followed-up to ensure our satisfaction, and the billing and insurance coordination went well. We had a favorable experience with Big Bear Roofing and recommended them for roofing.
