I hardly write a review, but you see this one, is a must. This guy is the GOAT when it comes to computers. My laptop fell and got twisted, the screen was completely damaged. So I thought it can't be fixed. Until I went to Big byte computers, he told me, he can fix the screen only but the twisted part can't be fixed. I was ok with just the screen being fix. To my greatest surprise he fixed the screen and the twisted part, my laptop is like brand new now, it works perfectly. And it wasn't that expensive. I will recommend this place for all your computers, they are just the best.

I have a MPC4000 which is right about 20 years old. The hard drive started failing and initially I was going to replace it, but Amazon had different parts coming different days and I needed my MPC4000 like yesterday. I took it to Mike and told him the issue. He made no promises but said he will try to do his best to have it done Friday and if not, it'll be ready by Monday evening. To my surprise it was ready the same day!!! He also said " Hey, it might not work due to size capacity when comparing it to the MPC4000 specs; so if It doesn't work your SSD will be here Monday. I got home and plugged the hard drive into my MPC4000 and guess what? It freaking worked!!! Mike also charged me a fair price!!! In all honesty, it really doesn't get any better than this!! If anyone is reading this, stop looking on Google for different computer shops and just take your problems to Mike! I am TRULY SATISFIED AND HUMBLED!!!!!!! Mike you are the MAN 100'ERED!!!!!!
