She was able to get my issue scheduled in a timely manner & went above & beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed. Chris & Paul were amazing as well. I highly recommend Big City Plumbing. Their customer service is excellent! Dispatcher Rafaela was polite and professional. I appreciated Rafaela calling me an hour before Luis and Chad were expected to arrive at my home. Luis and Chad arrived on time and did a great job installing my water softener. Luis took the time to answer all my questions and explained the benefits of the Preferred Customer Plan.
