Great service & products! Despite my worry about not being given the exact time, these guys showed up in great time, which tells me they know their business! This is not the first time I used their services. 10 years ago for my daughter's wedding and to my surprise, their services was just as good if not better! The delivery guys went above and beyond to make sure, things were placed exactly where I needed them. GREAT JOB, once again BIG DAWG PARTY RENTAL! THANKS BOB!

I couldn’t be more grateful to the team at Big Dawg Party Rentals for their incredible support during our Holiday Bazaar event. Despite heavy rain and the freight elevator being out of service that morning, they went above and beyond — lifting everything through the front entrance to ensure we were set up in time. Their commitment and can-do spirit truly saved the day!

They are the best! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 From the first phone call with Tom, I knew I found the right place. The rental equipment was very clean, in great condition, and exactly what we needed. Best prices on tables, chairs, red carpet bars, glassware... Tom made several valuable suggestions, one saved us a lot of money. They were very accommodating with delivery and pickup, which had to be changed three times! The delivery team was very professional and friendly. Producing an animal rescue charity with 30 dogs and one robot dog, is extremely stressful. Rescue Dogs Rock NYC and I love Big Dawg Party Rentals. Don't go anywhere else!

Tom and the delivery crew were fantastic from the moment I reached out! Very professional and friendly service through and through. The tables and chairs we used were high quality at an affordable price. The delivery and pick up was superb! We will certainly be using Big Dawgs (love the name) again!

Big Dawg rental was a seamless experience. The driver dropped off and picked up when they said they would, good communication with the sales department (Denise) and the quality was very nice. It seemed like they really cared about giving a good experience. Their prices are better than some other NY rentals and the minimum was less. I would use them again. 5 stars !
