Oh this place is so amazing!!!!' Please please come visit. They had a very wide variety of books & genres to choose from, and theyre all clearly labeled! Books even have a bookmark to tell if it is based in Minnesota/mentions Minnesota, or has LGBTQ+ included! I've never seen a bookstore do this before and I'm so impressed with the innovative idea. One of the best parts of this store (other than the books) are the kitties!!!!!! Two lovely cats, Goose & Adso roam around the store and keep you company while you browse for your new favorite read. These kitties are so adorable and sweet! Give them gentle pets and they'll just purr away. Just check out the videos I included, you'll see how sweet these babies are. No need to be scared. If they don't have a book you're looking for, theyre always happy to order it for you to pick up! They also seem to have a book club that they host every once in a while that I overheard the lady at the front desk talking about. Being in this area makes me feel so safe, seen, and ready to crack open a new book!

One of the best local bookstores we’ve been to in quite some time :) The people who work there are friendly and easily approachable (including the two resident tuxedo cats). As a teacher, I journeyed to the children’s literature section and was pleasantly surprised! Lots of classics mixed with new and local authors, as well. The store is quaint, well designed, and welcoming to all. You wouldn’t want to miss it!!!

The best local bookstore I’ve been to in quite some time! This is exactly what I’m looking for when I shop small. They had a great mix of well known titles you could find in a chain retailer as well as lesser known books and authors for patrons to discover. Along with a great selection of books, they also had a collection of gift-type items as well as some nice shop + neighborhood merchandise! Plus, there were two puuurfect cats inside. I couldn’t get enough!!

My favorite part (aside from Gus the cat following me around for pets), was the wide variety of genres I feel most smaller bookstores lack. They had multiple shelves of sci-fi/fantasy, horror, loads of general fiction, etc. All new titles, but they had discounted new hardcovers by the register! Great spot for a browse. Will be back, hopefully to meet the other cat that roams the store!
