Not a good experience, The guys themselves were nice and polite. However our estimate for a 3 bedroom home was 4-5 hours, it took 9 hours (4 guys on the job). Next they lost the support bars for my bedroom dresser/mirror. ($12) Also lost part of my Bissel Carpet Cleaner ($45). Another smaller table had deep scratches. When I called they just claimed truck was empty! No effort made to talk with guys, no call back for follow up. I cannot recommend this company despite the guys who did the job.

Big John’s was a great service. Was quoted for 4 men, but Was given a courtesy call there would be 3 and different rate day of. They guys never complained once about the heavy bedding or dressers (you’d be surprised how many past movers complain.) they were respectful in taking off their shoes every time they walked on carpet, reassembled everything they took apart. Try did there best to keep it at a reasonable time limit, and the best part was, they beat me to our new location! Highly recommend them to anyone on the fence or is a first time user of a moving company. I apologize to the one gentleman, I forget his name. I believe it was alex? And Zion and Dion did a great job

Big John Movers were wonderful to work with. So wonderful that we hired them 2x! They helped us empty a storage unit and move things from a third floor condo. Nothing was damaged, they were super careful with our items. I can't express how great they were. Austin, Zion, and Keith were amazing! Definitely look into Big John Movers for your move!

I hired Big John Movers for a recent downsizing move that was associated with a difficult life transition. The crew from Big John was professional, quick, and very sensitive and compassionate to the challenges I was dealing with. They frequently checked in with me to ensure they had gotten everything into the truck and checked again multiple times at the new destination to see where exactly to place the furniture. They made what was a very tough day a bit easier, for which I am enormously grateful. Shout out to Andre, Vada, and Josh for their great work. I wouldn't hesitate to use Big John again for any moving jobs, big or small!

Excellence from start to finish. From our first contact, the customer service was exemplary. Sarah was extremely helpful getting our appointment scheduled. The overall service was an excellent value. The stars of the show were the crew: Andre, Vada, and Brian. These gentleman were timely, professional, and experienced. They took great care to help us move in an expeditious manner while handling all of our items with appropriate care. I could not have asked for a better experience.
