Very strange people. I called to ask about checking the suspension on my car and how much it would cost — they told me to come in and they’d figure it out on the spot. I arrived, the mechanic came out, started checking and bouncing the car in the parking lot, and noticed that my front stabilizer links had been replaced. I told him my friend did that, and he asked why my friend doesn’t check the suspension for me. I said he’s very busy right now. After that, the mechanic said they would only inspect the suspension if I agreed to have the repair done there. I said, “Give me a quote first, I don’t know the price, and then I’ll decide where to do it.” He said no, they’ll only check it if I do the repair with them, since I might go to my friend for a cheaper price. That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard in a while — I asked for a suspension inspection and I’m willing to pay for it. After I get a quote, I’ll decide whether to proceed or not. You guys are insane — why would I agree to a repair in advance without even knowing the price?

I had a nail in one tire and a staple in another. They did a great job evaluating the safety and removing both. I also got the tires rotated on my Tesla. I’m happy with their service and would highly recommend them!

I had two nails in my tires, they saw me right away first thing in the morning, fixed them. Very polite, good service. Highly recommend this Big O place. The bonus they referred me to a great restaurant The Breakfast Club. Thank you so much Big O!

Had a flat in SF, and this was the nearest tire shop that had my size tire. It was affordable and didn't take too long. The guys were nice.
