Absolutely pleasing service! I needed the installation of a temporary tire (after removing the stock one, damaged by a bad pothole) on my 2024 Tesla Model 3 Performance. Came straight to my apartment parking garage within 1 hour and on time on a Sunday, very kind, even taught me some helpful tips to change my car tires on my own :) I also appreciate the extra care to make sure no scratches to my car in the process. Thank you so much, you’re in my phone address book should I need your services again in the future!

On a freezing late night, after waiting over two hours for a tow truck without receiving any service, I found Tam with KT-roadside assistance on Google Maps. He arrived within five minutes and patiently and professionally repaired my tire, which had been cut open about 2 inches. Thanks to his help, I was able to get home safely. Because the tire damage was too severe, I later needed a replacement. The tire was a special model that had to be ordered, and Tam provided alternative solutions while arranging the order. Within three days, I was able to replace it with a brand-new tire of the same model. Tam and his partner offer professional, sincere service at a very reasonable price. I truly appreciate their help and highly recommend their service.

Awesome service I received from KT-Roadside Assistance. It was my first flat tire experience and I had to call for help. Highly recommended. He had all the tool needed to get me back on the road. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Recommend calling if you need assistance

My tire blew out on the ramp, and Tommy came to help me right away. He changed my tire super quickly and was very friendly and professional. I can’t imagine how I would’ve handled it without his help! The price was also very reasonable. I really appreciate it!

Responded quickly, got the work done in a timely manner, and found me the best deal for a tire. I work at a hospital, 12 hour shifts and he did everything while I was working. Even sent me pictures and videos with updates. Seriously the best!
