Everyone was super nice and personable. I was made aware up front that they were running behind. They were able to offer me a ride home and back. Both of my drivers were awesome. I wish the ride could have been a little longer so we could talk some more. I had a very good experience all around. And my car feels like she was taken care of. I would most definitely be a repeat customer. I've been a customer of big o tires since at least 2017. And this store # 004187 is by far my favorite thus far.

DO NOT USE Big O Horrible service I brought a brand new $500.00 rim to be replaced they put a huge ding in the rim and will not take responsibilty for the Terrible service. They damaged my rim, refused responsibility, didn’t return my rim key, and never followed up. If zero stars was an option that's what I would give. I would not use this shop for nothing. The response and course of action shows how much big o values it's customers. The response below in no way addressed the issue. I have submitted my complaint to the link provided and received a call back with apologies or attempt to make it right The response and course of action show how little Big O values its customers. The response I received did not address the problem at all. I submitted a complaint through the link they provided and received a call back only to be told they would “review the security cameras.” Unless there is a camera focused directly on the tire mounting machine, that accomplishes nothing. There was no attempt to make the situation right. I have been a customer for over 10 years, and this is how the owner chose to handle the issue. AGAIN DO NOT USE BIG O TIRES ON WARNER AND LINDSEY.

Bob was extremely professional and helped me during a stressful situation. I had a nail in my tire, and he quickly ordered the correct replacement for my car. Rob and his entire team are honest, trustworthy, and efficient. From now on, I will only use Big O Tires at the Lindsay and Warner location in Gilbert. Highly recommend!

Love, love, love the staff at this location! Lisa is awesome and because of her, I am going back for an oil change. I felt so well taken care of and the bay was playing Spice Girls when I came to pick up my tire lol. Good people and great company! Ty GUYS :)

We have used them for many years because they are right down the street from us. However, they have been the best tire company and Car maintenance facility we have been to in the valley!! They have professional staff and they are reasonably priced! They don't upsell you and they give you an honest opinion. They always tell me when my tires are due and they don't hesitate to mention I could get six more months out of my tires if I just stay within the city. They also went over Why we need to do the maintenance flushes on certain vehicles. Effron Is a wonderful technician who is very respectful and responsive but very honest too! I was very happy with the care I received there today and every October when we bring our car, truck and trailer in for regular maintenance.
