I came in for a tire rotation and balance my Nissan Juke and the experience was excellent. The staff was very professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly and did not try to pressure me into buying new tires, which I really appreciated. Best of all, the service was completed completely free of charge. Honest service like this is hard to find. I highly recommend Discount Tire and will definitely come back again.
I buy my tires at discount tires, but this location goes above and beyond always. The young technicians are very helpful today I went in because my car’s tire pressure Light cause my car to stall with no tire issues issues present . Luckily, this location was open. I went in close to closing and Benjamin helped me do a manual Reset to clear the issue. He certainly helped give me peace of mind for tomorrow morning’s drive to work. Thank you, Benjamin and team !!
When in today to take care of a tire leak. Tires are the original on the car, and it could not be repaired due to age. They replaced the tire at a fair price. The service from all the staff and the management was great.Friendly courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend. Thanks Lawrence and Susan
Went here today as I got a nail in the tire and needed a patch. Guy tried to tell me the tire with a nail was at a 4, the one on the other side was a 5 and the two fronts were 6's. I said I just went to Subaru 3 weeks ago and they said the backs were 7's the fronts were 8's. He said no I have been doing this for along time and this is accurate this one is a 4. I even said I went to another discount a month prior (got air refilled) and they told me different numbers as well. They did the patch but I didn't like that they are trying to upsell tires when they are not needed. Had my husband check the tread depth when he got home. Fronts were both 8's and backs are both 6's.The one he said was a "4" husband checked in multiple spots. all read at 6. I just bought these tires from Discount in 2024 and haven't put many miles on it since that point. Think twice and double check your own tread before trusting these guys and I will be using a different company next time for tires which is a shame because I have been using this company for tires for 15+ years. Only reason they get a 2 star is for the tech that did the patch.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE from one of their associates by the name of "Max". He is the star of the show there...! Always respectful, friendly and understanding of my needs. He takes his time and finds the best deals on tires. Otherwise this shop is usually "3" stars, just for the fact that when you go there to have your tires aired up, they usually leave off at least "1" valve stem cover.
