My first time trying this place this service was good but the food wasn't at all I ordered 1. 6 buffalo wings hard over cooked and dry 🫤 2. A blackend shrimp salad with wilted avacado 🫤 3.shrimp gumbo and spent almost $40 and threw it all out It's was terrible the ranch dressing was hard and old this was a waste of money $$$ I will never go there again 🫤

Had been craving a seafood boil for a while and really wanted to swing by this restaurant since it had been a long time that I hadn’t visited. It used to be excellent so I had big expectations. Sadly it was very disappointing. This place has gone downhill. It is dirty. It is warm. It is unorganized. It is crowded and loud. The floors were sticky. There was all kinds of unorganized chaos. Thru our visit we saw and heard kids being loud, crying and the staff said nothing to the parents despite of how uncomfortable it obviously was to everyone around., the worse one was a family that sat next to us and their kid had his iPad in full volume…. We patiently waited to see if anyone from the STAFF would say something but apparently that’s okay and acceptable. Finally I asked the parent if this kid if he could lower the volume. I ended up packing it up and taking it to the comfort of my home and adding some corn, potatoes and boiled eggs 🥚 (which they don’t offer) and actually enjoying it. 👌👌👌 It was honestly better and more savory than what I had at the restaurant. What has happened to public dining etiquette? It’s fully on the property management to enforce proper etiquette to accommodate their clients and make sure everyone has a good experience. The food was good but for what we paid and the quality and experience., I do not recommend it. Parking was full., there were trucks parked on the grass and their patio was occupied despite of the hot Texas weather. It’s sad to see a place I once loved become so unpleasant.

The gumbo was my favorite of our meal (also got fried shrimp and chicken tenders for kid). Hush puppies were also great and I don't usually care for hush puppies. If you go on a Friday night, be ready to wait, but food comes out quick once ordered.

10/10 recommend! They know how to boil crawfish! Nothing seems to be frozen, we sat at the bar and saw the kitchen preparing all of the boiled seafood- crabs, shrimp, crawfish and they are alive when cooked! I am from Louisiana and I don’t go to very many Cajun seafood places here in Dallas because there are a lot of imposters- this feels authentic, order at the counter, picnic tables everywhere outside, huge patio.. skip the line and sit at the bar and order directly from the staff!

I'm back at the oceanfront. A small piece of my beachfront upbringing right here in DFW. Fresh seafood with a beach town vibe. We ordered snow crab boils, coconut 🥥 shrimp 🍤, fried pickles, raw and fried oysters. The oysters were so fresh. Even the fried ones melted like butter when you bit into it. Not dry at all. The customer service was excellent. The bus boys deserved every bit of the 20% tip I left. Even though it's counter service, the trash stayed cleared and anything we needed was brought to us double quick. They had a line out the door the whole time so apparently they have a reputation and from what I can tell, it is well earned. Excellent 😋
