We have had hibu for years, they never contacted me or made any effort to change anything ever. I have had Big Tuna now for under a week, extremely reasonable price, amazing customer service. Big Tuna has been a godsend for my business, going on five years now. They took the reign on the website design and logo, so much so that we ended up with a branding that spread far beyond expectations. They were very patient with me from the beginning. Also, updating the website is easy and they'll get it done in a timely manner. No hassle follow-ups or trying to track down a POS web designer. Lastly, I like having a dedicated rep (Kevin Mangun). Any time there's been an issue or questions to address, he's been helpful. Make no mistake, the "Tuna" in Big Tuna is a trophy Tuna.
