Seif is the reason I always come back to this location he’s always welcoming and with a smile on his face. My favorite is the knafe red crunch and warbat also the cooked one I took a picture of. I used to get the strawberry Dubai chocolate but it all changed when I got the knafe cake and warbat

We have been coming to Bigdash since they were just one small store in Industrial part of Richardson... this is one of the best spots for desserts in the Metroplex. I am glad tgey have multiple locations now and I have visited all of them!! We bring our family when they visit from out of town. Great place!!

Big Dash is easily one of the best dessert spots around! Everything here tastes amazing, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and top quality. The presentation is always perfect, and the flavors are rich and balanced—every visit feels like a treat worth repeating. The service is friendly and efficient, and the staff make you feel welcome every time. The place itself is clean, comfortable, and has a great vibe that makes it perfect for enjoying dessert with friends or family. I usually get a full platter for my family to share, but for myself, I always go for the Dubai Chocolate—it’s absolutely incredible and never disappoints. Big Dash is five stars all the way, and definitely a must-visit for anyone who loves great desserts!

I love this location 10x better than the Richardson location. It’s way faster service with staff that actually care about the experience. Tala checked in on us to make sure we were satisfied with our sweets and if we were waiting on any other orders. Also the lemon pistachio was super yummy!

BigDash is definitely a Dallas staple when it comes to Middle Eastern desserts. The place is always spotless, beautifully designed, and has that clean, modern vibe you really appreciate when taking family or guests out. The quality is consistently high — from the presentation to the flavors — and you can tell they take a lot of pride in what they serve. We tried a variety of treats this time around. The Hebba Cake was rich and satisfying — but wow, $14 for a slice? Prices are definitely creeping up. We also got the Dubai Chocolate Cup for the girls — layered with chocolate, pistachio, and kunafa — beautiful to look at and delicious, but again, the price felt way over the top. It seems like anything with the word Dubai in it automatically becomes a premium dessert. The Tres Leches cake was soft and moist, a solid pick. The kids loved their ice cream, especially the stretchy Arabic-style flavors. I personally love their Arabic custard cups — smooth, creamy, and not overly sweet. We also got crème puffs topped with pistachios, which were delicate and tasty. The Ferrero Rocher crepe roll was indulgent, and the chocolate-covered crepe with strawberries inside was a crowd-pleaser. Overall, I love BigDash. It’s one of those places that adds flavor and flair to the Dallas dessert scene. Everything tastes good, the service is friendly, and the space feels fancy without being pretentious. Just wish the prices weren’t climbing so fast — but I guess that’s the cost of dessert luxury these days.
