The website and Google list opening hours at 10:30, so that’s when I arrive for repair services. They’re not open, so I call and speak to (seemingly) the owner. He says they open at 11:00. So I kill 30 minutes at a nearby diner before going back at 11:00. They’re still not open. By 11:15, I went home. Because - as a fellow small business owner - it matters that I show up to my business. I went to iPhone Repair Squad on Piedmont, and they got the job done - and honored their hours of operation!
