I can’t say enough positive things about the movers. They were incredibly kind, supportive, and professional. I am 100% disabled, and they were so respectful and understanding of my situation—they didn’t make me move anything and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. They were friendly, easy to talk to, and even took the time to listen to my story, which meant a lot to me. I’m truly grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

We chose Bigger Better Movers to move our family across town and I am glad we did! We move often and I can say they are the first company to get 5 stars from me! They were professional from the get-go. They all introduced themselves to our entire household, did a walkthrough, asked good questions, were accommodating, patient and most IMPORTANTLY CAREFUL WITH OUR BELONGINGS! They did not break or scuff anything! I highly recommend using them!

Less than one star. Ruined my antique upright piano and solid wood door into my home ($$$). Prolific with profanity. Rude. Careless. The owner/manager expected full payment prior to restitution for damages incurred. Said he wouldn’t have piano repaired if they weren’t paid in full. So I had them unload it in my garage. The photo with the bench is the piano before they moved it. . Invoice was for nearly $500.00. I do not recommend this company.

They tore up my walls and my doors. They broke my floor lamp, then hid it. I talked to Grayson more than once. He told me to file a claim. I've filed 3 and have still not even received a response. Do NOT use this company! Update: The owner reached out to me via this message in a public forum. I'm still waiting for someone to respond to one of the 3 claims I filed. Nobody has contacted me personally, not by text, a call or even by email. I plan to submit one more claim. If I continue with no response I intend to contact the Better Business Bureau.
