Best bike shop! The staff are always helpful. They treat beginners with kindness and respect. Ask questions, no pressure, they just want you to have a good experience. That and good prices is why I bought my new Cervelo Soloist from them.
We’ve bought eight bikes from Bike Mart Fort Worth, and they’ve been fantastic every single time! Our new bikes arrived on the truck at lunchtime and just two hours later, they were built and ready for pickup. The team rushed to finish so we could ride before the rain hit. That’s true customer care!
I went in the Friday before Labor Day and was greeted by Tom. My old bike was too small for me and was giving me back pain. Tom showed me several different bikes explaining each one to me. I had mentioned that I was interested in the Trek Verve. They had a Verve 2 in the store for me to look at. It wasn't the right size, so Tom told me he could look at their other stores for one in my size. So he had one transferred in from a Dallas store. It came in a day earlier than expected. I went in after work and Tom let me take for a test ride. After I rode it a couple times, Tom asked if it was the right bike for me. Telling me that I wasn't obligated to buy it if it wasn't the right bike. It turns out it is! It's very comfortable and I took it on an 18 mile ride today. I haven't been able to do that in years. Thanks Tom!
Bike Mart recently helped me out by rushing a new fork install on my Ripley! Kelly & the service guys were wonderful to work with! I highly recommend this shop for any of your MTB & bike needs in general :)
