Jessica went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional experience. She worked with me to hand pick every tile. Walked us through to each department and showed true interest in the overall wellbeing of the project. Jessica deserves a raise! Jason was also very helpful in ensuring the next store had material in stock and ready for pick up.

At first, I had a terrible experience with a designer. She was very snarky with me and treated me like I was wasting her time, but then Big Mike and Rico listened to my story and immediately helped me and were so nice, very respectful, and great manners!!! They made it all worth staying there and got a different designer to help me.

Jessica was so helpful! She saw me as soon as I walked in and helped me load my tile on my cart, checked me out and fixed a price issue no problem, and then walked me to my car and loaded my car! So professional and helpful! Thanks!

Came in today to purchase a lot of tile for 3 showers, Jessica went above and beyond to help us setup our huge order through the pro desk since we did not order ahead and stayed with us to ensure it went smoothly to the end. Everyone here was very kind and helpful but when you come ask for Jessica and she will give you the best service!
