Bill’s Heating & Air Conditioning was amazing to work with. I need to shout out both Mike & Alex as they were so awesome to work with. I called Mike in a panic because of no air and he was super quick to get someone onsite within a few hours. Alex, our tech, was so diligent in explaining next steps and fixing the parts needing addressed. As someone who is not familiar with the space, he was great at explaining things so I could understand, was respectful of our home, and very knowledgeable & personable. If there was a 10 star option, I’d give it!
