The reason why we paid more than $2,000 because they helped us with packing our boxes and dissembling, then later moving it to our new location and reassembling what they dissembled; and we literally hired them at 3:50 pm the day prior before the move. They pay by the hour and they try to be quick as much as possible. A book shelf did get messed up in the process and based upon previous moves I had with other companies that was to be expected; but they paid for a new one, the same exact one. They were all friendly, joyful and flexible with what we wanted done. Also, other companies subcontracted their work, this one we you are in direct contact with the entire process which helps when you have any additional questions or input. I highly recommend them, especially if you are in a time crunch.

I can not say enough Good things about Jessie and the rest of the crew. To boil it down to two words "True Professionalism" this is the simplist way to describe a day of watching them work. In life you don't go to a discount doctor, you don't hire a cheap lawyer, you never let you cousin work on your new car and you shouldn't hire 'inexpensive', 'cheap', or 'discount' movers. All of the above will cost you more in the long run. Bill's Moving is by far the best moving company the island. I say this after moving four times on island in the past six years. Professionals of this caliber come at a cost as do all highly skilled services. I am not saying that they are expensive, I'm saying that you are getting a deal when hiring them regardless of the cost. They took care with all my breakables and valuables. Nothing came through the move broken, nor missing. Once at the new place they offered to help me sort or shuffle boxes. I just wanted them stacked aside and they continue to offer me help. I appreciate all the hard work they put in. From now on this is my first and foremost moving company.

Jesse and his worker were absolutely excellent workers moving my things into storage. Jesse was very compassionate from the start of giving me a quote, through the process of pickup and unloading my household, things to the storage unit.
