I went into the Biltmore Watch and Shoe Repair with a watch that no one could fix after several tries. The back of the watch could not be placed back on and the gentleman in the shop said it was bent. He took it to the back and within seconds returned with the watch repaired. I’ve taken this watch to a couple of places beforehand and was told they couldn’t repair it. These guys here at Biltmore know what they’re doing. All of my watch repairs will be taken here from now on.

By far the best experience I've had with shoe/luggage repair! I dropped off 5 pieces in various levels of disrepair and everything came out amazing. Prices were totally reasonable and the turnaround time was quick. 10/10 would recommend and will be back with more repair work!

Fantastic experience! I'm new in town and don't know the in and outs of watch repair. This kind gentleman treated me well and fixed my watch on the spot! Highly recommend and I'll be back for any of my watch, jewelry, and shoe needs!

Service was phenomenal! I came in to get an extra hole on my purse’s strap on a random Thursday, early afternoon, before my flight later that day. I was in and out of there in no time! I checked out the work on the strap when I got home and it is professionally and beautifully done. I couldn’t be happier! I’m glad and thankful I found them on Yelp and will be going back for any purse and/or footwear fixings. Thank you again!

I have a Gucci watch that I had a horrible experience with Gucci themselves. Long story short I turned my watch in which was supposed to take no longer than 3 months and ended up 1 1/2 - 2 years to finally get back. Not only after countless attempts to get my watch fixed and even found from multiple managers to where they shipped it, I also ended up paying $250 for new battery and new band on which they said they would take care of. So I get my watch back and 3 months later it stops working out of nowhere. I bring my watch here and find out Gucci repair team not only gave me a cheap battery, but they broke 3 total parts on which held the battery together. Nonetheless I had my watch fixed and no problem since and it’s been about 3 months now! Great business! I will continue to come here. Incredible service and generous timing on getting items fixed or cleaned. I also bought my shoes and ladies watch can’t wait to see the finished results! 100% recommend! Thanks, -Tony
