I stopped in yesterday for the first time after reading they accept walk-ins and had great reviews. They were almost full but luckily had someone available for a walk in. I had dip nails done with removal, and Henry was so kind and went above and beyond when the color was lighter than expected. I was not only thrilled with the color we ended with, but these are some of the best dip nails I’ve ever had (shape, width, thickness). They feel and look amazing! I’m glad I tried Bior, I’ve already told friends, and I can’t wait to go back! Thank you, Henry!

Tina did my nails and she did an amazing job, she was super sweet too! These were $73, not including tip and they are Gel X. Definitely recommend this place, I will be back!

Sooooo happy with my nails! I was a walk-in and got exactly what I wanted! Tina is very fast, efficient, and gentle! This was my first time going and I definitely plan on coming again. This was my favorite nail experience by far so I suggest booking with Tina!!!!

They took their time and I never felt rushed. They were very kind and took everything I said into consideration without any judgement. I just wanted gel on my natural nails and she made sure that I got as many coats as I wanted until it was the color I liked. Will come again!

I came in today for a pedicure and a hand polish change for my autistic daughter. The technicians were amazing, especially with my daughter. I explained her sensory sensitivities, and they were patient and kind. The young lady who did my nails was also great. What completely ruined the experience was the manager. The salon was empty, the owner was literally asleep in a chair, yet when my daughter (who was calm and respectful the entire time) sat next to me while I was drying, the manager loudly told her she couldn’t sit there and had the technician move us to another area. She wasn’t misbehaving or doing anything out of line. With the shop completely empty, the attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional. That alone is enough for me not to come back. On top of that, the pricing didn’t match what’s listed online. It says a nail polish change is $15, but I was charged $20 just for regular polish on my daughter’s nails—no file, no cut, no gel, just color. Lastly, forcing cash-only tips or charging extra to use a card is outdated and feels cheap, especially for a brand-new salon. Requiring customers to use an in-house ATM with added fees just makes the experience worse. In 2025, most modern salons have cashless systems without penalizing customers.
